When are the Gift Baskets made?
We take pride in our Gift Baskets and make all baskets at the time they are ordered. This ensures your gift will be fresh, look clean and provide you and the recipient with the best quality products.
Can I ship a Gift Basket anywhere?
We cannot ship to PO Boxes. We do ship to Hawaii and Alaska, but these is usually a $20.00 upcharge from our shippers.
Can I ship a Gift Basket to a hospital?
Deliveries to hospitals are not recommended. Since hospital deliveries normally go to a general receiving department and are then routed to the patient's room, we cannot guarantee hospital deliveries. In our experience, many times the patient cannot be located, or has already been released from the hospital.
Can I send a personalized message along with my Gift Basket?
Yes, all Gift Baskets come with a personalized gift card. Please make sute to include your personal mesage when placing your order.
What forms of payment can I use to place my order?
You can use Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. In addition, corporate billing accounts are available upon completion of a credit application.
Do you collect sales tax?
State law requires us to collect sales tax on sales delivered in the state of Pennsylvania.
How long will gourmet foods stay fresh in my Gift Basket?
The length of time varies from the pre-packaged items to those wrapped in individual gift boxes. It is best if the items are consumed within one month of receipt.
When do I have to order my Gift Baskets to make sure they will arrive by Christmas?
Order received and confirmed by December 15, 2004 are guaranteed to arrive by Christmas when shipped via ground services.
